1. About product quality:

- KatAdultToys commits that the products sold are new and unused. If the product is not as described, the customer has the right to return the product immediately.

2. Regarding exchange when the product is defective:

• Shop applies exchange when:

- Products that are defective during transportation or have technical errors from the manufacturer (cannot be fixed immediately, with technical confirmation), will be exchanged for a new product of the same type.

3. Regarding handling requests to check goods, cancel orders and explode goods:

- Due to the sensitive nature of the item, the shop would like to refuse the request to inspect the goods when the shipper delivers the goods. Customers can visit the shop's warehouse to check the goods first.

- If the order has been sent by the shop to the shipper and the customer wants to cancel the order, the customer needs to pay the shipping fee and refund fee. If the order has not been sent to the shipper by the shop, the customer will not be charged a fee for canceling the order.

- The shop does not accept COD shipping for customers who have bulk orders (place an order, do not receive the goods and do not pay the fee). The shop will only accept the order back when you transfer the payment including the shipping fee and refund fee of the previous order.
