WHY IS MY SEXTOY PRODUCT NOT WORKING?

​

_The most common reason why most sextoys do not work is not because the product is defective, it just needs to be installed correctly, replaced, or not charged properly.

​1. Pin đã được lắp sai cách

  • ​​Đây là nguyên nhân phổ biến nhất mà khách hàng thường gặp.

  •  Vui lòng đảm bảo pin đã được lắp đúng chiều theo ký hiệu dấu cộng (+) và dấu trừ (–) trong khe pin của sản phẩm.

  • Đa số các sản phẩm sử dụng 2 pin yêu cầu pin phải lắp ngược chiều nhau (một pin hướng lên, một pin hướng xuống, không cùng chiều.

Ví dụ: TRỨNG RUNG KHÔNG DÂY SPARK OF LOVE

  • Một số sản phẩm có khe pin dài, khi đó 2 pin cần được lắp cùng chiều nhau.

(Ví dụ: CHÀY RUNG PRETTYLOVE KÈM 3 ĐẦU GẮN MAGICAL MASSAGER​

  • The battery has been installed incorrectly

​

- This is the number one reason customers encounter it, so it's important to make sure the battery is installed correctly. Many battery-operated products have small plus and minus symbols in the battery slot to show you how to insert the battery.

- Most products that use 2 batteries require the batteries to go in opposite directions, one direction up, one direction down, not in the same direction (For example: SPARK OF LOVE WIRELESS VIBRATION ).

- Some products use 2 batteries and have a long battery slot, then the 2 batteries need to be installed in the same direction (For example: MIZZZEE BATTERY VIBRATING BLADE PILL )

3. Chưa tháo miếng cách ly pin

  • Một số sản phẩm sử dụng pin AAA được nhà sản xuất lắp sẵn pin

Ví dụ: Cây Sounding Silicon V3

  • Trong trường hợp này, bạn cần mở nắp pin và tháo miếng nhựa hoặc giấy cách ly để sản phẩm có thể hoạt động.

  • Đôi khi miếng cách ly bị kẹt ở phần nắp pin, vì vậy hãy kiểm tra thật kỹ.

4. Nút bật / tắt chưa được nhấn đúng cách

  • Một lỗi thường gặp là nhấn nút quá lâu hoặc chưa đủ lâu.

  • Mỗi sản phẩm có cách vận hành khác nhau: có sản phẩm yêu cầu nhấn nhanh, có sản phẩm cần nhấn giữ trong vài giây.

  • Vui lòng đọc kỹ hướng dẫn được shop ghi rõ trong hình ảnh sản phẩm.

  • KatAdultToys khuyên bạn làm quen với các nút điều khiển trước khi sử dụng, đặc biệt với những sản phẩm có nhiều chế độ rung hoặc nhiều nút bấm.​

5. Sản phẩm chưa được sạc đủ thời gian

  • Nhiều sản phẩm sử dụng pin sạc yêu cầu sạc đầy trước lần sử dụng đầu tiên để kích hoạt pin và đảm bảo hiệu suất hoạt động ổn định.

  • Thời gian sạc sẽ khác nhau tuỳ từng sản phẩm và nhà sản xuất, thường dao động từ 2–8 giờ.

  • Thông tin về thời gian sạc luôn được shop cung cấp kèm theo từng sản phẩm.​

 

6. Sản phẩm chưa được sạc pin đúng cách

  • Hãy đảm bảo dây sạc được kết nối hoàn toàn với sản phẩm và nguồn điện. Dây sạc cần được cắm chắc chắn, không lỏng hoặc lệch.

  • Một số sản phẩm sử dụng cổng sạc từ tính có thể bị ngắt kết nối trong quá trình sạc. Vì vậy, bạn nên kiểm tra định kỳ để chắc chắn sản phẩm vẫn đang được sạc.

  • Nếu sử dụng máy bàn hoặc laptop để sạc, hãy đảm bảo thiết bị đang bật nguồn và không ở chế độ chờ.

  • Đồng thời kiểm tra cổng USB đang sử dụng, vì đôi khi nguyên nhân không sạc được đến từ cổng USB chứ không phải do sản phẩm hoặc dây sạc.

  • Phần lớn các sextoy sử dụng pin sạc sẽ nhấp nháy đèn trong quá trình sạc và đèn sẽ sáng ổn định khi pin đã được sạc đầy.

  • Lưu ý: Hầu hết các sextoy không thể hoạt động trong khi đang sạc. Vui lòng rút dây sạc trước khi bật sản phẩm.

 

7. Ảnh hưởng từ môi trường sử dụng và độ ẩm

  • Môi trường quá ẩm, nước lọt vào cổng sạc hoặc thân sản phẩm có thể ảnh hưởng đến khả năng hoạt động của sextoy.

  • Vui lòng đảm bảo sản phẩm được lau khô hoàn toàn trước khi sạc và bảo quản ở nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát.

8. Sản phẩm đang ở chế độ khóa an toàn (Travel Lock)

  • Một số sextoy, đặc biệt là các dòng cao cấp, được trang bị chế độ khóa an toàn (Travel Lock) để tránh việc sản phẩm tự bật trong quá trình vận chuyển hoặc khi mang theo bên người.

  • Khi đang ở chế độ khóa, sản phẩm sẽ không hoạt động dù pin hoặc pin sạc vẫn còn đầy.

  • Để mở khóa, bạn thường cần nhấn giữ nút nguồn từ 5–8 giây cho đến khi đèn nhấp nháy hoặc sản phẩm rung nhẹ (tùy từng mẫu).

 

9. Sản phẩm bị lỗi

  •  Sản phẩm không đang cắm sạc khi sử dụng

_Below are the most common reasons why a sex toy may not be working and how to resolve them:

 

1. Batteries installed incorrectly

  • This is the most common issue customers encounter.

  • Please ensure the batteries are installed correctly according to the plus (+) and minus (–) symbols inside the battery compartment.

  • Most products that use two batteries require them to be installed in opposite directions (one facing up, one facing down).
    Example: Spark of Love Wireless Vibrator.

  • Some products feature a long battery compartment, in which case both batteries must be inserted in the same direction.
    Example: Wand Vibrator Prettylove Magical Massager 

 

2. The product still does not work after replacing batteries

  • Always double-check that the batteries are installed correctly following the (+) and (–) indicators.

  • KatAdultToys recommends using high-quality batteries from reputable brands. Low-quality or counterfeit batteries may not deliver sufficient power or may have very short usage time.

  • We do not recommend purchasing very cheap batteries from grocery stores or unreliable online sellers, as counterfeit batteries are common.

  • Do not mix old and new batteries. Always replace all batteries with new ones at the same time.

  • We also recommend removing batteries when the product is not in use or when traveling to prevent battery leakage that could damage the product.

 

3. Battery insulation tab has not been removed

  • Some products using AAA batteries come with pre-installed batteries from the manufacturer (for example: Silicone Sounding V3).

  • In this case, you must open the battery compartment and remove the plastic or paper insulation tab before the product can operate.

  • Occasionally, the insulation tab may be stuck inside the battery cap, so please check carefully.

 

4. Power button has not been pressed correctly

  • A common mistake is pressing the button for too long or not long enough.

  • Each product has different operating requirements: some require a quick press, while others need to be pressed and held for a few seconds.

  • Please read the operating instructions provided in the product images carefully.

  • KatAdultToys recommends familiarizing yourself with the control buttons before use, especially for products with multiple modes or buttons.

 

5. The product has not been charged long enough

  • Many rechargeable products require a full charge before first use to activate the battery and ensure optimal performance.

  • Charging time varies by product and manufacturer, typically ranging from 2 to 8 hours.

  • Charging instructions are always provided with each product.

 

6. The product is not charging properly

  • Please ensure that the charging cable is fully and securely connected to both the product and the power source.

  • Some products use magnetic charging cables, which may disconnect easily during charging. Check periodically to ensure the product is still charging.

  • If charging via a desktop computer or laptop, make sure the device is powered on and not in sleep mode.

  • Also check the USB port you are using, as the issue may come from the power source rather than the product or cable.

8. The product is in Safety Lock (Travel Lock) mode

  • Some sex toys, especially premium models, are equipped with a Safety Lock (Travel Lock) feature to prevent accidental activation during transportation or travel.

  • When the lock is enabled, the product will not turn on even if the battery is fully charged.

  • To unlock the product, you usually need to press and hold the power button for 5–8 seconds until the light flashes or the product vibrates briefly (depending on the model).

9. Product defect
