WHY IS MY SEXTOY PRODUCT NOT WORKING?

​

_The most common reason why most sextoys do not work is not because the product is defective, it just needs to be installed correctly, replaced, or not charged properly.

_The most common reasons why your sextoy is not working:

  • The battery has been installed incorrectly

​

- This is the number one reason customers encounter it, so it's important to make sure the battery is installed correctly. Many battery-operated products have small plus and minus symbols in the battery slot to show you how to insert the battery.

- Most products that use 2 batteries require the batteries to go in opposite directions, one direction up, one direction down, not in the same direction (For example: SPARK OF LOVE WIRELESS VIBRATION ).

- Some products use 2 batteries and have a long battery slot, then the 2 batteries need to be installed in the same direction (For example: MIZZZEE BATTERY VIBRATING BLADE PILL )

  • The product does not work after replacing the battery

- Always check that you have installed the battery correctly. As mentioned above, many products have plus and minus symbols in the battery slot to show you how to insert the battery. The shop recommends that you use batteries from famous brands. Cheap batteries won't give you power or long runtime. In addition, you should limit buying batteries at grocery stores or buying cheap batteries on e-commerce platforms. The reason is because you will easily buy fake batteries.

- Using old and new batteries together is not a good idea. Always use new batteries. The shop also recommends that you remove the battery when not in use or when traveling.

  • Do not remove the battery isolation pad

- Some products using AAA batteries are supplied by the manufacturer with pre-installed batteries (For example: SILICON SOUNDING TREE V3 ). However, you need to remove the lid and remove the paper/plastic insulation for the product to work. Sometimes the isolator gets stuck in the cover so check it.

  • You have not charged the product long enough

​

- Many products that use rechargeable batteries are required by the manufacturer to be fully charged before you use them. The instructions provided with each product will tell you how long it will take to charge your sextoy, the time ranges vary between products and manufacturers. Charging times may vary between manufacturers from 2-8 hours.

  • The product has not been charged

 

- It is important that the charging cord is completely connected to the product and the power source. The charging cord needs to be plugged in tightly and the charging hole is on the body or bottom of the product. If the charging cord is not fully plugged in or not plugged in properly (loosely plugged in, not fully inserted), the product will not be fully charged.

- Some shop products have magnetic chargers that may be disconnected while charging (Example: KING-SIZE MIZZZEE VIBRATING PEDAL ). Therefore, it is important that you check whether your product is still charging or not.

- If using a desktop or laptop to charge your product, it must be powered on (not in standby mode).

- Also check the USB port on the device you are using because this may be the reason your product cannot charge, not due to a faulty product or charging cable.

- Most sextoys that use rechargeable batteries will flash continuously while charging. Once fully charged, the light will turn on.

 

 

  • Defective products

- Although the shop only provides products from reputable manufacturers, sometimes the shop still encounters defective items.

- If you return any item without contacting us first and it is later found to be not defective, you may be required to pay a return fee.
